Revise for UK GCSE Mathematics Exams
General GCSE Revision
This section is for all GCSE Board Exams, and is intended to be based on the Grade you would like to achieve.
- GCSE Grade A* - for those who wish to achieve the top A* grade. This unit only covers the most advanced topics, so you must know all the topics from previous grade levels.
- GCSE Grade A - for those whose target is an A grade. You should know all the topics from previous levels, as well as have knowledge of some topics from the A* Level.
- GCSE Grade B - for those whose target is a B grade. You should know all the topics from previous levels, as well as have knowledge of some topics from higher levels.
- GCSE Grade C - for those who wish to pass at a C grade. You should know all the topics from Basics level, as well as have knowledge of some topics from higher levels.
- GCSE Basics - for those who wish to prepare for Grades A* to C. The topics here are from Key Stage 3 and you will need to be sure you know and understand them.
OCR Modular GCSE A (J562)
THis section has revision resources for the modules of the new (2010) OCR Modular GCSE.
Higher
- Higher A (A50102H) Module - this is the first module for the Higher Course. In revising for this you should also be studying all the topics for the Foundation A (A50101F) module but to a higher level.
- Higher B (A50202H) Module - this is the second module for the Higher Course. In revising for this you should also be studying all the topics for the Foundation B (A50201F) module but to a higher level.
- Higher C (A50302H) Module - this is the third and final module for the Higher Course. In revising for this you should also be studying all the topics for the Foundation C (A50301F) module but to a higher level.
Foundation
- Foundation A (A50102H) Module - this is the first module of the Foundation course. You should also try to learn some the extra topics from the Higher A course, because if you are doing well you may be permitted to sit the Higher Paper A (A50102H) and increase your chances of a good grade.
- Foundation B (A50201F) Module - this is the second module of the Foundation course. You should also try to learn some the extra topics from the Higher B course, because if you are doing well you may be permitted to sit the Higher Paper B (A50202H) and increase your chances of a good overall grade.
- Foundation C (A50301F) Module - this is the last module of the Foundation course. You should also try to learn some the extra topics from the Higher C course, because if you are doing well you may be permitted to sit the Higher Paper C (A50302H) and increase your chances of a good overall grade.
