You can click and drag the slider arrows, and see the effects.
The equation for a linear (straight line) graph is of the form: y = mx + c, where m is the gradient and c is the intercept (the point where it crosses the y-axis). You can see the equation at the bottom right of the screen.

The slider on the right ("m") changes the gradient of the graph, and the left slider ("c") changes the intercept.
Pressing the "Reset" button takes you back to the start position.
Play around. You can use the slider at the bottom to zoom in (+) or out (-).
